Programme
The programme will be varied, including some very well known classical and film pieces with composers from Bach, through to John Williams.
We have over a dozen musicians, who will be performing solo, in duets, trios and quartets. There will be a wide range of instruments including flute, piano, organ, violin and cello.
Time and Date
The event starts at 19:30 on Saturday 18th October, however we will be opening the doors at 18:30 as there will be several Guide Dogs for you to meet before the concert itself begins.
Refreshments
During the interval, there will be the opportunity for refreshments - donations to Guide Dogs are appreciated!
Guide Dogs
There will be some guide dogs present, and they will be there in their 'public relations' capacity, so you will be able to say "Hello" before the event itself, and during the interval.
A pop-up Guide Dogs shop will also be there, and you will be able to purchase Guide Dogs Merchandise, including guide dog toys, pens, notebooks ... and it's never to early for Christmas cards! Items will be on sale before the event, and also during the interval.
For these reasons, we will be opening the doors one hour before the concert starts!
Artists
This concert brings together a range of local musicians, both amateur and professional, to share some of their favorite pieces, all of whom have given their time to
the charity for free.
